    Welcome pack, Retreat workbook, all sessions, meals, accommodation, and planned wellness activities are included in the retreat price.

  • What’s not included in the retreat?
    Travel to and from Brucke 49. Entrance fee for Therme Spa (you will receive a discount voucher in your welsome pack). Additional hotel services, e.g. laundry, hotel mini-bar.

Terms and conditions for The Business Retreat 2025

By registering for the retreat, you agree to our Terms and Conditions below or you can download the PDF.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By securing your place at the retreat, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • To secure your place, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the retreat cost (CHF 1325 or for our early bird specials CHF 1225). Please ensure that you are fully committed to attending before booking your place.

  • Installments: If you choose to pay in installments, it is your responsibility to ensure that the funds are available in your account for each payment. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again after 3 days.

  • Full Payment: The full balance of your retreat cost must be paid by 14th March 2025. Failure to make full payment by this date will result in the cancellation of your booking, and your deposit will not be refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation fees are as follows:

  • 6 weeks or less before the retreat: 100% of the retreat cost is due.

  • Between 6 and 8 weeks before the retreat: 75% of the retreat cost is due.

  • Between 8 and 12 weeks before the retreat: 50% of the retreat cost is due.

  • The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

You may transfer your place to someone else if you are unable to attend. In this case, please ensure that you pass on all relevant pre-course information to the replacement attendee.

3. Force Majeure and Liability

We cannot be held liable for any situations beyond our control, including (but not limited to) acts of war, natural disasters, terrorism, civil unrest, or unforeseen personal circumstances. We also cannot offer refunds for illness, flight delays, or any other personal situations.

It is strongly recommended that you take out travel insurance to cover any potential risks, including cancellation, illness, or delays.

4. Speaker Substitution and Retreat Cancellation

In the unlikely event that a speaker must cancel, we will make every effort to replace them with a suitable alternative who will deliver the same content. If we are unable to do so, we will inform you promptly.

If we need to cancel the retreat, we will refund all payments made thus far. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur, such as flights or accommodation, and recommend you have insurance to cover these potential costs.

5. Included in Your Retreat Package

Your retreat package includes the following:

  • Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as mineral water, tea, coffee, and wine with dinner.

  • Additional Charges: If you choose to order spirits, cappuccinos, or any spa treatments, these will be at your own expense and should be paid separately.

  • Transfers and Travel: Travel and transport to and from the retreat venue are not included in the package price. You are responsible for making your own arrangements.

6. Health and Medical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health to participate in the retreat activities. If you have any medical conditions or require medication, please inform us ahead of time so that we can make any necessary adjustments.

In the event of an emergency, we will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for any medical costs or treatments required during the retreat.

7. Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, personal injury, and any additional costs (such as flight cancellations or delays). While we will make every effort to ensure the retreat goes ahead as planned, unforeseen circumstances can arise.

8. Media and Photography

By attending the retreat, you consent to us taking photographs and videos of the retreat experience for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included in any media materials, please inform us in writing before the retreat starts.
